Grind wheat, mix and knead dough to form your own loaf of bread to bake at home. Learn the difference between sprouted grain breads, sourdough, and yeast breads. Sample them all and discuss the  ingredients during a pot-luck lunch. Please bring a large mixing bowl, a sturdy spoon for mixing dough, a dish towel, a dish to share for our pot-luck lunch AND your own plates and silverware!

Registration
